The Summit Sisters is an all-female folk/rock/pop cover band from the Santa Cruz Mountains who perform memorable hits from the 60s and 70s to the songs of today -- with a focus on female artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Carly Simon, Linda Ronstadt, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Dolly Parton, Indigo Girls and more.  Fronting this group of talented women is their versatile lead singer, Marisa Thompson, who studied under the likes of Quincy Jones and Herbie Hancock.  Her vocal strength, backed by the Sisters' sweet harmonies, powers through their rock, folk and soul repertoire.  Their fun stage presence, groovy pants and perfectly blended harmonies regularly fill music venues and gather new fans along the way.
